INNOVA Program - TeiC

As part of the 2025 Business R&D&I Plan of the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE), through the INNOVA - TeiC Program.

BALTERRA INFORMATICA S.L. participated by carrying out the project “DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SOLUTION FOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT (BALTE)” under file number IMINOD/2025/139, through which the following objectives and results were achieved:

  • Development of a generative artificial intelligence and semantic search system that enables natural language queries across business documents and databases.
  • Development of a tool for the automatic categorization of incidents in industrial assets, facilitating the identification of recurring patterns and the planning of maintenance resources.
  • Implementation of an intelligent anomaly detection system for operational data, aimed at anticipating potential failures and improving the efficiency of business processes.
  • Integration of the different modules developed with ERP systems, document management systems, and other business platforms, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and up-to-date information.

The project has been funded by the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF Operational Programme of the Valencian Community 2021-2027.
